Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to provide counseling across individual, couples, family, and group settings.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Implement age-appropriate assessments and interventions to address specific developmental needs.

• Lead parent support groups focused on issues such as adoption, fostering, and prenatal substance exposure, fostering a supportive environment that promotes effective parenting strategies.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including making referrals for additional services when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this role ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000 per year , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
