Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity and impact of mood disorder symptoms, including gathering client history and current functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in partnership with clients, ensuring alignment with their unique goals and preferences.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to facilitate symptom management and therapeutic growth.

• Educate and support clients and their families on understanding mood disorders, available treatment options, and effective self-care practices to enhance recovery.

• Monitor client progress through ongoing assessment, regularly adjusting treatment plans based on feedback and clinical assessment.

• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to ensure integrated and holistic care.

• Stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mood disorder treatments to continually refine and improve therapeutic practices.

• Maintain thorough and confidential documentation in accordance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
