Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather client histories, current issues, and social dynamics that inform tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, couple counseling, and family therapy, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Systems Theory.

• Collaborate closely with healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to design and implement integrated care plans that address both mental health and physical health needs.

• Document therapy sessions and maintain accurate progress notes that comply with HIPAA regulations and state licensing requirements, ensuring continuous monitoring of treatment efficacy.

• Engage in regular professional development through attending workshops, webinars, and remaining current with literature in marriage and family therapy, ensuring the delivery of the highest standard of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive yearly salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience.
