Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting initial assessments to develop personalized treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.

• Providing therapy sessions, both in a telehealth capacity and, where applicable, in person, to facilitate effective communication and healing.

• Addressing complex issues such as conflicts among family members, grief and loss, alcohol and substance abuse, and adjustment challenges related to divorce and separation.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific needs, ensuring a comprehensive approach to therapeutic intervention.

• Monitoring client progress and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on their evolving needs.

• Documenting sessions and maintaining accurate records in compliance with organizational standards and HIPAA guidelines.
