Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish rapport and build trusting relationships with clients to foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based techniques to promote mental and emotional well-being.

• Regularly meet with clients to offer counseling, assess progress, and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to ensure the best possible outcomes.

• Document client progress in compliance with organizational protocols, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in our digital health system.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to refer clients to additional specialists when necessary, ensuring comprehensive care.

• Facilitate workshops or group therapy sessions, focusing on mental health issues such as trauma, grief, substance abuse, and relationship challenges.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Guiding Hands, you will primarily work with a diverse clientele consisting of individuals, couples, and families grappling with various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and substance abuse issues. Your expertise will significantly contribute to their healing processes and their journeys toward healthier lifestyles.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active LMFT license in Florida.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
