Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish strong, trusting relationships with clients to encourage open communication and foster a safe therapeutic environment.

• Conduct regular follow-up sessions, providing ongoing support and making necessary adjustments to treatment strategies based on patient progress and feedback.

• Perform continuous assessments to evaluate client improvement and adjust care plans accordingly to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Lead therapeutic sessions with a focus on encouraging client engagement and participation, employing group and one-on-one formats where appropriate.

• Collaborate with other mental health specialists and external resources, referring clients to additional services as needed for comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• Active and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
