Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., facilitating a structured approach to therapy while allowing for personal time and self-care.

Key Responsibilities\n

The LMFT will engage in a variety of essential tasks, including but not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive mental health assessments to clearly diagnose and understand client needs.

• Developing tailored treatment plans that are regularly reviewed and updated in accordance with best practices and company protocols.

• Documenting session notes, treatment progress, and goals promptly and thoroughly, ensuring compliance with our internal guidelines.

• Managing a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
\n
• Promoting client engagement by utilizing creative interventions that inspire and empower clients to achieve personal goals.

• Collaborating with case managers, educational personnel, and medical staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Maintaining open lines of communication with clients to foster a supportive therapeutic relationship.

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Possession of a valid state-issued LMFT license.

The position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition, we provide:
