Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate client needs and establish appropriate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's goals, ensuring regular documentation in line with company policies.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing ongoing therapeutic support and conducting sessions via telehealth.

• Deliver exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming atmosphere for clients while engaging with a team-oriented approach focused on fulfilling our mission.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions and activities to encourage client engagement and help them reach their rehabilitation milestones.

• Coordinate with a network of case managers, families, schools, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive client care.

You will work with a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, couples, and families facing various emotional and psychological challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field is required for this position.

• Must possess a current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to USD 110,000 annually, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
