Work Environment\n

This position offers a flexible work environment, allowing our LMFTs to operate remotely while providing essential mental health services. The remote setting enables our therapists to engage with clients in a comfortable setting, minimizing barriers to accessing care. As part of a collaborative team, you will also have the opportunity to participate in telehealth services and, when necessary, in-person sessions to ensure continuity of care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough consultations with interdisciplinary team members to develop comprehensive treatment plans.

• Perform age-appropriate assessments and implement effective interventions tailored to individual and family needs.
\n
• Facilitate parent support groups, providing a supportive therapeutic environment, particularly focused on issues surrounding placement and adoption of prenatally substance-exposed children.

• Conduct developmental evaluations of children and provide insights for ongoing treatment strategies.
\n
• Plan and deliver training sessions for clients, family members, and various professionals, including social workers, attorneys, judges, and educators, thereby enhancing community understanding of mental health issues.

• Document client progress and maintain accurate records using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and facilitate quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFTs specialize in working with diverse populations including children, adolescents, adults, and families. You will play a critical role in addressing complex issues such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma, utilizing evidence-based approaches. Your focus on family-centered therapy will help to foster supportive environments that encourage healthy communication and relational dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• Must be a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with an active state license in Pennsylvania.

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Demonstrate a minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience working with individuals, couples, and families.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients of various backgrounds.

• Proficient in the use of technology for virtual sessions and documentation.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in leading group therapy sessions, particularly with parent support groups.

• Familiarity with developmental evaluation processes for children.

• Background in working with legal professionals and understanding child custody and adoption issues as they relate to mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
