Work Environment\n

This position is designed to offer a flexible remote work setting while maintaining strong connections with both colleagues and clients. You'll engage in regular virtual team meetings to coordinate care with other healthcare professionals, ensuring a cohesive approach to treatment. The role supports a healthy work-life balance, with a structured schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments of clients, gathering vital information to tailor treatment plans effectively.

• Develop individualized treatment strategies that align with each client’s unique needs and circumstances, revisiting and adjusting these plans as necessary.

• Engage actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, sharing insights and feedback to enhance overall client care and outcomes.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, narrative therapy, or solution-focused therapy, to support emotional healing.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of mental health trends and utilize evidence-based practices to inform your therapeutic approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Momentous Mental Care Alliance, you will work with a diverse population that includes couples, families, and individuals facing a variety of challenges. Your role will focus on helping clients navigate issues such as relationship conflicts, parenting concerns, depression, anxiety, and more. By fostering a safe and supportive environment, you will empower clients to explore their emotions, improve communication, and build healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current full clinical licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to form strong connections with clients.

• Adept at working both independently and collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team setting.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably in roles involving individual, couples, and family therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
