Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments via telehealth to evaluate and diagnose Health Plan members presenting with behavioral or mental health issues related to their medical conditions.

• Develop personalized treatment plans and select appropriate treatment modalities based on initial interviews and ongoing assessments.

• Provide timely and thorough documentation of clinical interactions in patients' charts, adhering to best practices for patient confidentiality and record-keeping.

• Guide patients in crisis with appropriate guidance and immediate therapeutic interventions, demonstrating crisis management skills.

• Communicate complex clinical information effectively to both patients and clinical staff, ensuring clarity and patient understanding.

• Maintain high levels of patient and staff satisfaction through empathetic engagement and professional support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
