The successful candidate will earn an annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $105,000, along with a sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain a consistent caseload of no less than 27 client visits per week, ensuring timely and thorough documentation including assessments, treatment plans, and case notes, in line with company policies.

• Work collaboratively with a diverse team of professionals to enhance service delivery, ensuring our clients receive the best possible outcomes.

• Utilize creative and evidence-based interventions to assist clients in reaching their therapeutic goals and improving their overall mental health.

• Engage in regular communication and coordination with case managers, families, schools, and medical staff when necessary, to provide integrated care for clients.

• Participate in all clinical team meetings and training sessions, contributing to a culture of continuous learning and support.
\n
• Promote a thriving and positive team culture through collaboration, communication, and shared experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related area from an accredited institution is required.

• Possession of a valid LMFT clinical license for the state of Pennsylvania is mandatory.

• Demonstrated experience in completing clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, and session notes.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
\n
• Proficiency in Office 365 and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems; experience with Valant is an advantage.

• Ability to establish and maintain professional boundaries while fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• Willingness to undergo a background check prior to employment.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience working with a wide range of psychological issues, particularly within community health settings.

• A background in telehealth service delivery is desirable, as remote therapy approaches have increasingly become a part of our practice.

• Comfort with and knowledge of culturally-responsive practices.
