Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses, formulate comprehensive treatment plans, and consistently document progress in each client’s case file according to company policy.

• Maintain an active caseload of 25-30 clients per week, delivering exceptional therapy services through individual, family, and group formats via telehealth.

• Engage collaboratively with a team of professionals to drive our mission of improving mental wellness in the community, ensuring that clients receive integrated support.

• Utilize innovative therapeutic interventions tailored to client needs that promote achievement and personal growth.

• Deliver accurate session documentation in line with organizational guidelines and protocol, including treatment plan updates and case notes.

• Communicate effectively and coordinate care with families, case managers, and other professionals involved in the client’s support systems.

The LMFT role at Diamondback Health Center primarily serves a varied client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Strong knowledge of therapeutic practices, family therapy services, and local community resources.

• Proven experience in clinical documentation, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and case notes.

• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly with children, adolescents, couples, and families.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, coupled with the ability to establish appropriate professional boundaries.

• Willingness to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
