Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to evaluate their mental and emotional health, establishing a foundation for tailored treatment plans.

• Design and implement treatment strategies using a structured approach: Engagement, Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation.
\n
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, focusing on a diverse range of mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, and trauma for clients across various age groups.

• Lead couples therapy sessions aimed at improving communication, resolving interpersonal conflicts, and enhancing relationship dynamics.

• Create and update personalized treatment plans based on rigorous assessments and ongoing evaluation of client progress.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and case histories to ensure compliance and effective care.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to provide holistic treatment solutions for clients when necessary.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
