Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based psychotherapy sessions via live video, focusing on therapeutic techniques that cater to the distinct emotional challenges faced by each client.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatric providers within our network to create comprehensive treatment plans that meet the individual needs of clients.

• Utilize symptom self-assessments and functional improvement measures routinely to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.

• Maintain high-quality, timely clinical documentation through our intuitive therapist portal, which offers various digital tools to ease the documentation process.

• Provide therapy for individuals aged 13 and above, as well as couples, using evidence-based methodologies including psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and emotionally focused therapy.

• Participate in regular consultation and continue to receive support from our Therapy Leadership Team, fostering a culture of collaboration and shared learning.

• Strictly adhere to HIPAA regulations to protect each client's health information and privacy.
\n
• Engage in ongoing measurement-based care, creating and overseeing assessments and treatment plans to ensure effective therapy delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, ranging from adolescents aged 13 years and up to adults and couples grappling with various emotional disorders. We cater to clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field is required.

• An active State license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n
