Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive therapy sessions via telehealth that cater to individuals, couples, and families, employing various therapeutic approaches tailored to client needs.

• Perform detailed assessments of clients’ mental health conditions, employing standardized diagnostic tools to identify needs and establish effective treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based interventions such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy while providing guidance on relational conflicts and behavioral issues.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes in our secure electronic health record system to document outcomes and facilitate ongoing care.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with management and fellow clinicians to enhance service delivery, share best practices, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will predominantly focus on diverse populations in Oakland, serving clients who may be experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and various life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited institution.

• An active California LMFT license in good standing.

Compensation and Benefits\n
