Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess the intensity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, establishing a comprehensive understanding of their needs.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements and personal goals, utilizing evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment options, and effective self-care strategies, aiming to foster an informed support network for the clients.

• Monitor client progress on an ongoing basis, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to reflect changes in their circumstances or treatment responsiveness.

• Collaborate seamlessly with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to deliver integrated, comprehensive care to clients.

• Maintain compliance with all legal and ethical documentation standards, ensuring the protection of client confidentiality and the integrity of treatment records.

The ideal candidate will work primarily with clients seeking support for relationship issues, including divorce counseling, as well as other mood disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is mandatory.
