Key Responsibilities\n

• Diagnose and treat a variety of mental health disorders, such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on detailed assessments of clients’ needs, preferences, and circumstances.

• Conduct regular therapy sessions, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to align with client progress and feedback.
\n
• Perform ongoing evaluations to monitor patients’ mental health and therapeutic progress, utilizing relevant assessment tools.

• Lead interactive individual and group therapy sessions, fostering a safe and encouraging environment for clients to share their experiences.

• Provide referrals to other specialists or additional resources when needed to ensure comprehensive care.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, following all privacy regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population within the Fremont community, focusing on individuals and families facing a multitude of challenges, including but not limited to marital conflict, trauma, grief, and mental health disorders. Your role encompasses offering support to clients from various backgrounds and demographics, ensuring culturally competent treatment approaches are employed to promote healing and understanding.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Demonstrated expertise in addiction counseling or working with co-occurring disorders is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
