This role is primarily remote, providing the flexibility to conduct therapy sessions in a comfortable setting of your choice while also giving access to our outpatient office facilities in Fremont, California. As part of our dedicated team, you will liaise with supportive colleagues and receive ongoing professional development while enjoying a work schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the specific needs of clients, utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and systemic approaches.

• Develop and implement treatment plans following comprehensive clinical assessments to ensure alignment with client goals and desired outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records in accordance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring timely documentation of sessions and treatment progress.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary team members and external stakeholders, such as doctors, social workers, and educational professionals, to enhance client care and support.

• Engage in regular supervision and consultation, promoting professional growth and adherence to best practices in the field of marriage and family therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role serves a diverse population, including couples, families, and individuals facing issues such as relationship distress, parenting challenges, anxiety, depression, and trauma. As an LMFT, you will be instrumental in guiding your clients toward positive outcomes, emphasizing a holistic approach to mental health that incorporates a deep understanding of family dynamics and individual psychological processes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
