Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a diverse range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, family, and group therapy tailored to client needs.

• Conduct psychological evaluations to diagnose mental and emotional disorders, and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Engage in regular consultation with other mental health professionals regarding treatment progress and shared cases.

• Utilize various therapeutic techniques tailored to each client, determining the most suitable approaches for treatment frequency, intensity, and duration.

• Monitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing training related to bariatric psychological evaluations and contribute to therapeutic retreats and activities that enhance patient engagement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with adults as well as adolescents and children, addressing a range of mental health challenges from everyday stressors to complex emotional issues. Our patients often seek support for relationship dynamics, family conflicts, psychological disorders, and general emotional well-being. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is required.

• State certification as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
