Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct both in-person and virtual counseling sessions tailored to the needs of individuals, couples, families, or groups, ensuring a responsive and supportive therapeutic environment.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative practices, customizing interventions to meet client goals.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in mental health treatments, integrating research findings into practice to enhance therapy effectiveness.

• Safeguard client confidentiality by adhering to ethical guidelines and professional standards, fostering a secure space for open communication.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare providers, to create comprehensive treatment plans and ensure holistic client care.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Conduct psychological assessments to evaluate client mental health conditions, forming the basis for personalized treatment strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will engage with a diverse client population grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and trauma. The intensive outpatient services and partial hospitalization offered by our clinic demand a therapist capable of working with patients in acute care situations, supporting them as they navigate their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Independently licensed as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range between USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
