Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group therapy to clients, utilizing recognized therapeutic methodologies and your own clinical expertise.

• Conduct thorough initial assessments as well as ongoing evaluations to develop and adapt individualized treatment plans actively addressing client needs.
\n
• Engage in regular consultations with the multi-disciplinary team to ensure a cohesive therapeutic process, contributing your insights to the overall treatment strategy for each client.

• Monitor and document clients' progress, addressing any identified issues or new challenges, and provide follow-up care to promote positive outcomes.
\n
• Facilitate workshops or group sessions designed to enhance communication skills and coping strategies for couples and families dealing with relational stress and conflict.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse patient population, including individuals struggling with substance abuse, couples in crisis, and families dealing with relational dysfunction. Your expertise will be crucial in addressing complex issues such as co-occurring mental health disorders, ensuring that therapy is sensitive to the unique challenges faced by each client.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Current and active California LMFT license that is free from suspension or probation.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication skills necessary to establish rapport and trust with clients.

• Ability to create a calm and supportive therapeutic environment that fosters client engagement.
\n
• Knowledge of contemporary therapeutic practices and techniques relevant to family and couples therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role within an outpatient setting, preferably in community health or a similar environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n
