Key Responsibilities\n

• Lead group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery, utilizing evidence-based practices to facilitate discussions and foster client engagement.

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to monitor their progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary to meet individual needs.

• Provide crisis intervention services and support to clients, ensuring their emotional and psychological well-being during critical times.

• Utilize KIPU software or similar platforms to document client interactions and track treatment plans efficiently.

• Manage a gradual caseload, balancing individual and group therapy sessions to provide comprehensive care that respects each client's journey toward recovery.

In this role, you will primarily support clients navigating the challenges of addiction, alongside co-occurring mental health disorders. Our clientele ranges in age and background, each presenting unique stories and struggles. Qualifications\n
