Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct 100% telehealth therapy sessions utilizing video conferencing platforms, ensuring the comfort and privacy of clients in their home environments.

• Evaluate client needs through comprehensive assessments, maintaining regular sessions to monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Collaborate effectively with the multi-disciplinary clinical team during treatment planning meetings to devise holistic and tailored care strategies.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, and session notes in accordance with our clinic's policies and regulatory requirements.

• Utilize evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) tailored specifically for youth, adapting approaches per client and family dynamics.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on providing mental health services primarily to children, teens, and young adults, along with their families. You will engage with clients experiencing challenges such as ADHD, anxiety disorders, depression, PTSD, and other related concerns. Your competence in addressing various mental health issues will empower clients to navigate their emotions and relationships effectively, making a significant difference in their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Psychologist, or equivalent designation allowing for independent practice.

• A minimum of two years’ experience providing therapeutic support to children, teens, and young adults.

• Fluency in various forms of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and demonstrated ability to implement these modalities via telehealth platforms.

• Experience with treatment techniques including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this full-time position ranges from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience, alongside a comprehensive benefits package.
