Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as an LMFT, you will undertake a variety of responsibilities aimed at promoting the mental health and well-being of your clients. Your main tasks will include:

• Assessing the behavioral health needs of patients and their families, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop tailored treatment plans.

• Connecting clients to appropriate community resources that address their mental health needs and environmental challenges, ensuring holistic support.

• Educating patients and their families about discharge options, including mental health, legal, and insurance considerations.

• Coordinating follow-up appointments within one week post-discharge, facilitating smooth transitions into ongoing care and providing critical discharge information to subsequent providers.

• Conducting thorough safety planning with clients and families, which may involve necessary interventions such as gun removal or other safety precautions.

• Communicating regularly with healthcare professionals, court officers, and patient advocates to promote timely progress while maintaining client confidentiality and safety regulations.

In this role, you will primarily engage with a diverse clientele including individuals from various cultural backgrounds, couples seeking resolution to relational issues, and families facing complex dynamics. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
