Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at delivering high-quality mental health services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments to identify patient needs and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Coordinating care with multidisciplinary team members and consulting on patient cases to ensure integrated support.

• Providing individual, family, or group psychotherapeutic treatment tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Liaison with community agencies to help clients navigate available resources and support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Currently, our primary focus is on adult and geriatric populations, providing services that address various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. As we continue to expand, your role may involve working with child and adolescent clients as well, enabling you to apply your skills across a broader spectrum of mental health needs and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The successful candidate will possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy and hold an active, unrestricted LMFT licensure in California. We seek a self-motivated and compassionate professional with the following attributes:

Compensation and Benefits\n
