Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health conditions and formulate appropriate treatment plans.

• Create individualized therapy programs tailored to address clients’ specific issues, goals, and family dynamics.

• Facilitate evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions, employing methodologies such as CBT, DBT, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to ensure holistic care and coordinated treatment approaches for clients.

• Educate and guide clients’ families throughout their healing journey, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and treatment processes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on individuals, couples, and families dealing with a variety of concerns, including but not limited to relationship issues, communication problems, trauma, and mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 - 140,000 , with a sign-on bonus of USD 3,000 .
