Work Environment\n

This position allows for a remote work setting, enabling you to balance professional and personal commitments effectively. While primarily remote, you will be part of a dynamic outpatient office setting in Las Vegas, promoting an engaging collaboration with team members. Typical work hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with significant flexibility to suit your schedule, including opportunities for evening and weekend sessions if preferred.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized, couples, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs and challenges of clients in an outpatient setting.

• Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments to understand clients' histories and current functioning, forming the basis for collaborative, goal-oriented treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and systemic approaches to effectively address issues like trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship conflicts.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation that complies with state regulations and agency standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Engage in weekly case consultation meetings with a multidisciplinary team, contributing to a culture of support and shared problem-solving.

• Participate in ongoing professional development offered by the clinic, including specialized training and case reviews to enhance your clinical expertise.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population encompassing individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our clients present a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Active LMFT license in the state of Nevada or eligibility to obtain licensure within 90 days of hiring.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive competitive compensation ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
