Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, couple, and family therapy sessions using a systemic approach that considers the complex interplay of relational dynamics.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances and needs of each client.
\n
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, to ensure continuity of care and ethical practice.

• Participating in regular clinical meetings, peer consults, and ongoing training to enhance your skills and keep abreast of the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals, case managers, and community resources to support client referrals and comprehensive care.

• Adhering to all ethical guidelines and state laws, ensuring compliance with Arizona’s regulations for mental health practice.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clientele will largely consist of individuals, couples, and families seeking assistance for a wide range of issues including relationship conflicts, anxiety, depression, trauma, and family dynamics. You will use a relational therapy approach to help clients navigate their challenges, promoting healing through connection and understanding within their relationships.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active Arizona LMFT license or the ability to become licensed in Arizona.
\n
• Proficiency in family systems theory and a strong foundation in relational therapy techniques.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and listening skills to build strong therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Comfort in both independent and team-based work settings, adapting to the needs of clients and the practice.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with at least two years of outpatient mental health experience are preferred. Experience in diverse therapeutic modalities or specialized training in areas such as trauma-informed care or child and family therapy will be highly regarded.

Compensation and Benefits\n

West Bridge Psychological Center offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $80,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
