This position is fully remote, allowing flexibility in your work schedule while still being part of a vibrant team dedicated to mental health. Work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, providing you with a stable routine to engage with clients effectively. Our outpatient facility is equipped with all the necessary tools to facilitate high-quality care, including secure telehealth platforms, enabling comprehensive support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic support addressing a range of client challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, grief, and communication issues.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that are client-driven, honoring their unique values and needs while utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Create a trusting and collaborative environment, fostering open communication between clients and the therapeutic team.

• Implement interventions and techniques that effectively support clients in their journey towards healing.

• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of clinicians and mental health professionals to provide a comprehensive approach to client care.

You will be working with a diverse range of clients, including individuals, couples, and families from various backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Must be licensed to practice in the state of Nevada as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

Compensation and Benefits\n
