Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with Adapt Psychotherapy Services, you will have a range of responsibilities including:

• Conducting individual, couples, and family therapy sessions utilizing best practices and proven therapeutic techniques.

• Assessing clients' mental health needs through thorough diagnostic evaluations and developing tailored treatment plans that align with their goals.

• Implementing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), and Family Systems Therapy.

• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation using our electronic health record (EHR) system to track client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Collaborating closely with other members of our multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for clients.

• Attending regular team meetings and contributing to discussions about best practices, crisis interventions, and case reviews.

• Providing teletherapy services to clients, ensuring they receive consistent support regardless of geographic barriers.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to salary, our benefits package includes:
