Work Environment\n

This role is conducted entirely through a remote telehealth setting, leveraging technology to connect with clients in the comfort of their own homes. You will have a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, with working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. By utilizing our telehealth platform, you will efficiently conduct therapy sessions, ensuring clients receive the support they need regardless of location.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and nurture a trusting and supportive therapeutic rapport with clients to facilitate open and honest communication.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health disorders and develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and circumstances of each client.

• Lead regular therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families to provide evidence-based interventions and support.
\n
• Utilize ongoing assessments and client feedback to adjust treatment plans in real-time, ensuring that therapeutic approaches remain effective.

• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to refer clients to specialists or additional resources as needed, promoting holistic care.

• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation regarding client progress and treatment interventions, adhering to organizational policies and regulatory standards.

• Engage in continuous professional development to keep abreast of new therapeutic techniques and evidence-based practices in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and other mental health conditions. Your work will be essential in offering support and strategies to help clients navigate their challenges, and your expertise will guide them toward improved mental health and emotional resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license in California as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is mandatory.

• Proven therapeutic skills with a strong foundation in psychotherapy techniques.

• Excellent communication abilities to foster collaboration within a team and build rapport with clients effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Have at least 2 years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
