Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations and formulate individualized treatment plans consistent with established therapeutic frameworks.

• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, providing therapeutic interventions across individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously, ensuring compliance with company policy and maintaining accurate progress notes, treatment plan updates, and diagnostic assessments.

• Deliver exceptional client service by actively listening to concerns and fostering therapeutic relationships built on trust and respect.

• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to facilitate a client-centered approach, helping clients achieve their mental health goals effectively.

This role primarily involves working with a varied client base, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing a wide range of mental health challenges. As part of your practice, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through their struggles related to addiction, relationship issues, trauma, and other psychological matters. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
