Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess mental health diagnoses and develop comprehensive treatment plans tailored to each individual’s unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of 25–30 client visits per week, providing individual, family, and group therapy through both in-person and telehealth modalities.

• Document all sessions meticulously according to company policy, including progress notes, treatment plan reviews, and follow-up evaluations.

• Provide exceptional customer service and foster collaborative relationships with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical professionals, and educators.

• Utilize innovative and creative interventions to help clients achieve their therapeutic goals, ensuring an engaging and responsive treatment experience.

• Work closely with families, addressing their specific concerns and integrating their perspectives into therapy sessions as appropriate.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• Active and current state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
