This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in your work setting. Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Diamondback Health Center, your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintain a weekly caseload of 25-30 client visits, offering therapeutic services through individual, family, and group therapy settings.

• Document all treatment efforts diligently in compliance with company standards, including diagnostic assessments, treatment plans, and clinical case notes.

• Utilize creative therapeutic interventions to facilitate client growth and exceed established therapeutic goals.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, medical personnel, school staff, and families to enhance the quality of care for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will serve a diverse array of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families facing mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience. Additionally, our benefits package includes:
