This full-time position is primarily remote, with outpatient office support available as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of mental health diagnoses and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Maintain a manageable caseload of approximately 25-30 client visits per week, offering therapy in various formats, including individual, group, and family sessions.

• Document therapeutic sessions meticulously, including diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and clinical case notes, ensuring compliance with company standards.

• Deliver exceptional client service, building trustful relationships while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to enhance the overall client experience.

• Employ innovative therapeutic techniques to help clients set and achieve their personal and professional goals.

• Effectively coordinate with case managers, families, educational staff, and healthcare providers to facilitate comprehensive care for clients.

Qualifications\n
