Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individualized therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based methodologies.

• Conduct group therapy sessions to foster community support and shared healing experiences among clients.

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and develop effective treatment plans to address mental health disorders.

• Regularly engage in follow-up sessions, tracking patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed based on therapeutic goals.

• Plan and execute outreach initiatives to connect with community organizations and agencies to broaden resource availability for clients.

• Document all client interactions and therapeutic interventions according to state regulations and clinic policies.

• Collaborate with healthcare providers and case managers to coordinate care and ensure holistic treatment for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will work with a diverse client population ranging from children and adolescents to adults, addressing a variety of mental health issues including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and family dynamics. Your ability to quickly establish rapport with clients will be crucial to fostering a trusting therapeutic relationship. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT) or a closely related field.

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Oregon.

Compensation and Benefits\n
