Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive diagnostic evaluations to assess mental health conditions in clients, using the latest DSM criteria under supervision.

• Offer a wide range of psychotherapy services, including individual, couple, family, and group therapy, focusing on various issues such as stress management, addictions, and relationship dynamics.

• Utilize telehealth platforms effectively for remote therapy sessions, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

• Engage in case management procedures, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions tailored specifically to the needs of the clients you serve.

• Implement evidence-based treatment modalities, regularly reviewing and adjusting care strategies as necessary to achieve optimal client outcomes.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical teams, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure a holistic approach to client care.

• Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation of client interactions and treatment progress, following established protocols for data privacy and security.

Your practice will primarily focus on clients facing mental health challenges, including those with dual disorders. Qualifications\n

• A valid and active license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or as a Psy.D in the state of Arizona.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in psychology, marriage and family therapy, or social work from an accredited institution.

• A minimum of two years of post-license experience in providing psychotherapy services.

• Proficient in using telehealth platforms and electronic health records to facilitate efficient patient care and documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n
