Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, utilizing appropriate interview techniques and analytical skills.

• Implement and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to address emotional and behavioral challenges, developing tailored treatment plans that foster client growth.

• Coordinate with the interdisciplinary treatment team to ensure continuity of care, actively participating in case management and treatment plan discussions.

• Research and identify community resources to enhance client outcomes, advocating for services such as food assistance, medical care, and housing support.

• Provide crisis intervention during acute mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and immediate support for clients facing critical situations.

• Monitor client progress, maintaining detailed documentation in electronic health records, and follow up to assess long-term outcomes and necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily supports adults and families experiencing various mental health issues, including depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties. A significant focus will be on providing support for veterans and their families, understanding the unique challenges they face and incorporating effective, military-informed practices into therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active California BBS Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) credential is required.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a behavioral health setting, with a focus on delivering clinical services to diverse populations.

• Experience working with veteran-focused programs, including knowledge of common mental health issues impacting this group.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
