Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with assigned clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illnesses or severe emotional disorders, offering tailored therapeutic support both virtually and in community settings.

• Conduct evidence-based screenings and comprehensive assessments, ensuring services are developmentally appropriate and responsive to each client’s unique circumstances.

• Create, implement, and monitor integrated care plans that align resources and connect clients with necessary services, enhancing their access to support.

• Deliver a range of intervention strategies, including individual, group, and family therapy, to facilitate recovery and promote mental wellness.

• Regularly review and adjust care strategies based on progress and feedback, ensuring interventions are focused on the presenting problems as indicated by clients.

• Respond to crisis situations with effective intervention techniques, providing immediate support to prevent escalation of emotional distress.

• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, utilizing collaborative approaches to enhance service delivery and quality improvement initiatives.

• Maintain accurate and timely case documentation, ensuring all records align with organizational standards and regulatory requirements.

• Provide on-call coverage as necessary and contribute to emergency response planning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically supports students from varied backgrounds, many of whom face socio-economic challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree in Social Work is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
