Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand each student's unique mental health challenges and strengths.

• Provide therapeutic interventions through various modalities, including individual therapy, group therapy, and family counseling to address diverse mental health concerns.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions and treatment progress in adherence to state and federal regulations.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including educators, psychologists, and other health professionals, to coordinate care that best supports the student’s educational and emotional needs.

• Engage in ongoing case consultations and peer reviews to continuously enhance the quality of care provided.

• Offer educational workshops for families and school staff, promoting awareness and understanding of mental health issues and resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will focus primarily on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, behavioral challenges, and the effects of trauma. Your ability to establish rapport and build trust will enable you to effectively engage with students, helping them navigate their emotional landscapes while setting and achieving personal treatment goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in the state of Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n
