Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW, your day-to-day tasks will include:

• Conducting detailed psychosocial assessments of seniors to identify their emotional, mental, and social needs.

• Providing counseling and emotional support to clients as they navigate life transitions, such as health changes or bereavement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The focus of your work will be primarily with seniors who face challenges related to aging, including cognitive decline, social isolation, and various emotional issues. You will work closely with their families to help them understand these challenges while providing strategies to enhance their loved one’s quality of life. This role is essential in not only addressing the immediate needs of the seniors but also empowering their families with the knowledge and support they need.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid LCSW licensure from the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
