Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs and goals of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices.

• Conduct therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, employing a variety of therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and trauma-informed care approaches.

• Support clients through crisis management, providing immediate assistance to those in distressing situations, ensuring their safety, and helping them regain stability.

• Regularly assess client progress and modify treatment strategies as needed, fostering an open dialogue to encourage client feedback and involvement in their therapeutic journey.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and internal protocols to ensure quality care and proper documentation.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role as an LMFT will involve working with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We are proud to offer a competitive salary for this role, ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
