This position is remote, allowing for flexible work arrangements. However, you will be interfacing primarily with our hospice center, focusing on patients who require specialized emotional and psychological support during their care. Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage directly with clients, providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions and emotional support to those experiencing major mental illnesses and severe emotional challenges.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans that address the unique needs of each client while ensuring access to appropriate supportive services.

• Promote trust and establish a rapport with clients, families, and healthcare providers, fostering an environment of open communication and respect for diverse perspectives.

• Participate actively as a member of our multidisciplinary team to develop common goals, ensuring the delivery of impactful and collaborative mental health services.

• Implement crisis intervention as needed, utilizing appropriate methodologies to ensure the safety and well-being of clients.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting care plans as needed, and maintain comprehensive documentation within our electronic health records system to align with legal and ethical standards.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and workshops focused on coping strategies, emotional regulation, and recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary responsibility will be to address the needs of population groups experiencing severe mental health issues within a hospice care setting. You will work with an array of patients, including those with terminal illnesses who may also be dealing with co-occurring mental health conditions. Your role is critical in providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions aimed at enhancing their quality of life during this challenging time.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary, ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
