Key Responsibilities\n

As an LCSW at Pathway Counseling Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct clinical services to clients, encompassing assessment and intervention for major mental health issues and severe emotional disorders.

• Creating, implementing, and monitoring integrated care plans that facilitate access to necessary supportive services.

• Conducting evidence-based screenings and evaluations to determine the appropriate level of care for clients.

• Managing a caseload effectively, delivering individual, group, and family therapy tailored to the unique needs of each client.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following qualifications:

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges between USD 70,000 and 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
