Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' mental health conditions as well as their strengths and resources. You will explore clients' histories and current issues to inform treatment planning.

• Provide a range of therapeutic interventions, including individual, family, and group therapy, adopting evidence-based modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and trauma-informed care.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, setting measurable goals and tailored interventions that address clients’ unique needs.

• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each client.

• Facilitate crisis intervention, including risk assessments and safety planning, to manage acute situations effectively and empathetically.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in a timely manner while complying with ethical and legal standards in mental health record-keeping.

• Lead and facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducation classes, creating a safe space for clients to share experiences and learn coping strategies.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, complemented by a sign-on bonus.
