Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the mental well-being of your clients through a variety of targeted responsibilities, including:

• Conducting thorough clinical assessments to determine patient needs, followed by the development of comprehensive treatment plans utilizing solution-focused and evidence-based practices.

• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other relevant frameworks tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Maintaining up-to-date clinical records and documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all patient information is handled with the utmost confidentiality and accuracy.

• Collaborating effectively with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to deliver a coordinated and integrated treatment approach.

• Participating in peer review sessions and case consultations to enhance professional development and ensure the highest standards of care are met in our practice.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health challenges, treatment methodologies, and available community resources to empower their journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse population, catering to individuals across various age groups and backgrounds who may be facing different mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid Oregon state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• A minimum of 1 year of clinical experience providing psychotherapy services in a mental health setting, showcasing your competence in this field.

• Sound knowledge of solution-based therapy methods and a proven track record of client success.

Preferred Experience\n
