Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in you and your clients' scheduling needs. As part of a community health clinic model, you will interact frequently with various stakeholders, including healthcare providers, social service agencies, and community organizations, all while using secure telecommunication technologies to conduct virtual therapy sessions. You will need to be adaptable and skilled at establishing rapport with clients through digital platforms, all while maintaining a focus on quality care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Engage and work proactively with clients to prevent the use of crisis services, fostering independence and resilience.
\n
• Complete, maintain, and oversee crisis alerts to coordinate effectively with county crisis services when necessary.
\n
• Document and manage transitions for clients needing hospital or inpatient services, collaborating closely with hospital staff to ensure smooth discharges and continuity of care.
\n
• Conduct regular assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for participants, aligning with their individual goals and needs.
\n
• Attend interdisciplinary meetings to discuss client progress and share insights for comprehensive care planning.
\n
• Adapt therapeutic approaches based on client feedback and progress, remaining responsive to their evolving needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on adults and adolescents facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and other emotional disturbances. You will work directly with individuals from diverse backgrounds and varying life experiences, ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and empowered in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
\n
• Current active licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated ability and willingness to prioritize tasks and delegate when necessary while managing a high caseload effectively.

• Strong clinical skills with a focus on building trust and rapport for fostering therapeutic relationships.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to coordinate with clients and interdisciplinary teams.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working in a community health setting or telehealth environments.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining client records and documentation.

• Proven track record in crisis intervention and crisis management strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 annually , commensurate with your experience and caseload management responsibilities. Beyond a competitive salary, you will benefit from:
