Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain a diverse caseload of clients, establishing rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships while adhering to professional ethical standards and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to monitor progress, assess stability, and coordinate care for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop, implement, and meticulously monitor personalized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients.

• Document all relevant client interactions and keep accurate progress notes that reflect ongoing assessments and treatment adjustments.

• Carry out comprehensive intake assessments to gather essential information that informs treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, ensuring each client receives consistent and dedicated attention.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Gotham Enterprises Ltd, you will work with a diverse array of clients, including adults, children, and families facing a variety of mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• An unrestricted, independent, current, and active Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential.

• A minimum of one year of experience in a clinical outpatient setting post-graduation.

• Proficiency in utilizing technology including Excel, RMS software, Outlook, and PIMSY for documentation and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

• Demonstrated experience in providing direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families, tailoring approaches to fit client needs.

• Comfort with completing intake assessments and formulating treatment plans based on these evaluations.

• Experience working within outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth platforms is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n
