Key Responsibilities\n

• Maintain an active caseload of clients, establishing and nurturing trusting and professional relationships while adhering to ethical standards.

• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess progress, discuss treatment plans, and determine readiness for discharge as applicable.

• Develop and implement individualized person-centered treatment plans, continuously monitoring client progress and adjusting as necessary.

• Perform thorough intake assessments, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide weekly individual therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques and therapeutic modalities appropriate for client needs.

• Ensure up-to-date and thorough documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, in compliance with organizational policies.

• Engage in individual supervision sessions to foster personal and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LPCs primarily serve an outpatient population encompassing a diverse range of age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults presenting with various mental health challenges. Our clinicians work closely with clients to empower them and support their journey to healing.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current and unrestricted Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) accreditation in the state of Oregon.

• A minimum of one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting is necessary.

Compensation and Benefits\n
